This Synthesis Portfolio encapsulates various assignments and tasks that were undertaken during my extensive studies for my Masters Degree in Training and Development. The five projects presented in this website were taken from the following courses:
These specific projects were selected based on the significance each had in regards to my development and growth. Those assignments enabled me to learn more about the basic functions of Training and Development, including, but not limited to: Instructional Design, Change Implementation, Benefits and Barriers with implementing Technology in Learning Environments and Task Analysis.
